Linux and Mac OS

pipx install calcure

(You need to install pipx first)

Arch-based distributions

There is an AUR package calcure maintained by the community (thank you!). Install as:

yay -S calcure

NixOS

There is calcure package available.

Windows

1. Install Windows Terminal app from the app store

2. Install python 3.x also from the app store (if you just type python in the Windows Terminal app it will offer you to install)

3. Install the program and the libraries by typing in the Windows Terminal: pip install windows-curses calcure

4. Now you can finally run it by typing in the Windows Terminal: python -m calcure

Upgrade to the most recent version

pipx upgrade calcure

Or if you used pip then:

pip install --upgrade calcure

• holidays, jdatetime, icalendar and ics python libraries.
